Dr. Morreale is a family oriented chiropractor, but his extensive knowledge in sports provides athletes with quicker injury recovery, reduction of injury, and better overall performance. Dr. Morreale is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association, The Florida Chiropractic Society, and the Sacral Occipital Research Society International. He incorporates rehab, muscle training and strengthening, neurological rehab and testing, nutrition, along with chiropractic adjustments in his clinic.
Dr. Morreale’s love for chiropractic started as a teenager when he was suffering from daily, intense headaches. Being a teenager and, not knowing where to turn, medical doctors of all specialties were consulted with only medication after medication being prescribed. With all the medication there was never a remedy or even an explanation found, what was found was severe side effects and allergies to these medications. It was not until he saw a chiropractor, for the first time that he finally began to understand what was going on and after following the care plan the doctor prescribed the headaches that he had suffered with for years virtually went away. This doctor became a mentor for Dr. Morreale and to this day they still consult over treatments for patients.
