Dr. Joseph Morreale hails from East Rockaway, New York, and relocated with his family to Central Florida in 1990. Of Italian descent, he enjoys outdoor recreation, sports, and quality time with his loved ones. His academic journey began at the University of North Florida (UNF), where he pursued premedical studies and electrical engineering, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering in 2004. He later attended Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine.

A family-oriented chiropractor, Dr. Morreale brings extensive expertise in sports-related care, helping athletes recover quickly from injuries, reduce the risk of future issues, and enhance overall performance. His skills also extend to auto accident recovery, helping patients regain mobility and wellness. From infants to seniors, he provides personalized care for all ages, addressing everything from pediatric conditions to general wellness, ensuring every patient achieves optimal health. He is an active member of the Florida Chiropractic Association (FCA), the Florida Chiropractic Society, and the Sacral Occipital Research Society International. At The Chiropractic Center, he integrates rehabilitation, muscle training and strengthening, neurological testing and rehab, nutrition counseling, and chiropractic adjustments to provide comprehensive care.

Dr. Morreale’s passion for chiropractic was born from personal experience. As a teenager, he endured daily, debilitating headaches. Despite consulting numerous medical specialists and trying countless medications—resulting in severe side effects and allergies—no answers or relief emerged. It wasn’t until he visited a chiropractor that he gained clarity about his condition. Following a tailored care plan, the headaches that plagued him for years nearly vanished. That chiropractor became his mentor, sparking a lifelong commitment to the field. To this day, they continue to collaborate on patient treatments, ensuring the best outcomes.
